SUMMARY:Reframing Palestine with Reform Jews for Justice
DESCRIPTION:In this training we delve into the key frameworks and concepts through which the Palestinian struggle can be understood\, such as settler-colonialism\, occupation\, apartheid\, peace process\, Nakba\, and more.  \nWe  will focus on providing grassroots organisers in the USA who are working with Reform Jews for Justice the ability to articulate the Nakba as a structure\, not an event\, understand the reality of Palestinian fragmentation\, and how this a result of the continuing Nakba and to equip them with the educational tools needed to be able to practice meaningful solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for liberation. The training will provide an overarching history of settler colonialism in Palestine\, the Nakba and the limits and advantages of using the occupation and apartheid frameworks. \nClick here to register.

DESCRIPTION:This workshop helps participants hone their skills when talking about Palestine by offering communication tips on how to engage in such conversations\, and by building participants’ confidence to know how to respond to various arguments. Through facilitating a safe discussion space\, we go through a variety of recurring talking points regularly heard in the media and the wider public conversation\, and we collectively analyse these arguments and how to respond to them. \nClick here to register.
